Brains on Bikes - DC Finale - Come Celebrate as Anne Finishes Her Nearly 4,000 Mile Journey!

On July 17th, from 12:30 to 2pm, come join us to celebrate Anne Feeley's completion of a nearly 4,000 mile journey across the US by bicycle.

A little over 4 years ago, Anne was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Thus far, she's beaten the odds. She is riding to change those odds and to give the victims of brain cancer and their families a reprieve from a death sentence whose only cure over the past 100 years has been dumb luck.

Come and cheer Anne on as she ends her journey or ride 6.5 miles with her from Hains Point to the Capital Reflecting Pool. Interested cyclists, please meet at Hains Point on the southern tip of East Potomac Park at 11:00am. We ask that you RSVP by July 10th.

This event will be held near the Capitol Reflecting Pool in DC (on 3rd St SW between Madison Dr NW & Jefferson Dr SW). Parking: on-street parking is limited, we strongly encourage you to use public transportation. Please refer towww.visitthecapitol.gov for travel information.

More information about Anne and her inspiring journey can be found at www.brainsonbikes.org.
