Last night, Prevention Magazine held their 1st annual “Spotlight on Hollywood Heroes: An Evening Honoring Hollywood’s Most Philanthropic Women.”
The event honored four of Hollywood’s most socially active and philanthropic women including Academy Award winning actress Marcia GayHarden (Hearts of Gold), actress Joely Fisher (Save the Children), Twilight franchise screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg (Writers Guild Foundation) and our own Lisa Paulsen (Stand Up 2 Cancer), President & CEO of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
Mary Murcko, SVP/Publisher of Prevention, said, “We are thrilled to present our first-ever “Spotlight on Hollywood Heroes” event and pay homage to an extraordinary group of women whose significant contributions have inspired change, empowered others and truly impacted lives. Each of our honorees embody the Prevention audience—successful women who take action to better the world around them.”
