Actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens has donated the Candie’s Couture dress she wore at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards for a public charity auction on eBay to benefit Stand Up To Cancer. The silk georgette size-two gown, frosted with silver baby sequins, designed exclusively for Hudgens, is up for auction through Thursday, February 2 at 4PM PT/7PM ET at ebay.com/vanessahudgens.
“I am proud to continue to support Stand Up To Cancer and all the incredible work they do,” said Hudgens. “Cancer touches all of our lives in some way and I am honored to donate this gorgeous Candie’s Couture gown to help to raise funds and awareness for this important initiative.”
Hudgens, a strong SU2C supporter, participated in the star-studded “Change the Odds” PSA and was part of the 2010 Stand Up To Cancer telecast. Photos from the event can be found on her official website .
