EIF’s National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance (NCCRA) is dedicated to the eradication of colorectal cancer by promoting the importance of early medical screening and funding research to develop better tests, treatments, and ultimately a cure. Federal Cancer Research Funding At Risk
Federally-funded research has contributed significantly to the progress in the fight against colorectal cancer over the last decade, but drastic budget cuts being proposed in Congress for this fiscal year would cause major setbacks in critical research on this disease. Contact your representatives and demand that they maintain current funding levels for the National Cancer Institute and the federal Centers for Disease Control’s cancer programs.
