Opportunity is not. Through mentorship, scholarships, and access to influential professional networks, the Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program has helped nearly 300 young women pursue higher education, navigate career pathways, and build futures in the entertainment industry and beyond. What begins as a year-long mentorship experience often becomes a lifelong network of support, opening doors to college, careers, and economic mobility.

More than $14 million has been invested in helping participants pursue their postsecondary goals and reduce financial barriers to college completion. 

45+ Full-Tuition Scholarships Granted
Each year, two participants receive full-tuition scholarships to Loyola Marymount University or Chapman University, creating life-changing educational opportunities. 

Every Participant Receives a Scholarship
In addition to mentorship and career exposure, every student receives a college scholarship and a laptop to support their next chapter.

Together, with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and the Entertainment Industry Foundation, WIE provides young women with the relationships, resources, and support to pursue their ambitions, transform their futures, and become the next generation of leaders shaping the entertainment industry.
