The EIF Careers Program launched the Young Professionals Network (YPN) with its first-ever event at UTA in March 2024. The kickoff mixer brought together more than 100 early-career entertainment professionals for an evening of intentional, community-centered networking, marking an exciting new chapter for emerging talent in the industry.
Fall 2024 Activation @ The Semi-Tropic

Co-sponsored by Young Entertainment Professionals, YPN hosted its second activation in October 2024. Hosted at The Semi-Tropic in Echo Park, the evening brought together interested, emerging, and mid-career creative workers for an evening of solidarity, community, and resource sharing.
Spring 2025 Activation @ Venice Arts

Career Conversations Series

Career Conversations was a series hosted by the EIF Careers Program, in collaboration with the EIF Young Professionals Network, focused on the skills and pivotal moments that shape a career. Throughout 2026, sessions covered topics including networking, personal branding, career pivots, and executive presence, each featuring candid, moderated conversation with industry leaders.
